BOUNDARIESOur Boundaries Workshop empowers participants to recognize, set, and respect healthy limits in their relationships and daily lives. Through engaging activities and real-life scenarios, participants learn how boundaries protect emotional well-being, build self-respect, and strengthen connections with others. These sessions create a safe space for individuals to practice saying “yes” and “no” with confidence, helping them build balance, respect, and foster personal growth.

Soundbowl Healing & YogaOur Sound-Bowl Workshops invite participants into a calming space where the soothing vibrations of crystal and Tibetan bowls promote relaxation, reduce stress, and restore balance. Through guided breathing, sound immersion, and gentle reflection, participants experience the benefits of mindfulness while learning simple tools for emotional well-being, focus, and self-care. Suitable for schools, shelters, and community programs, these sessions provide a safe environment to pause, recharge, and reconnect.
